Poor guy. Skin is so inflamed and scarred

I agree, poor work that needs to empty all the pores when opening them. Squeezing is just not enough to empty and they seem to be in too much of a hurry. These are people who have bought a service from you so please do it to the best of your ability and if you cannot do this, you are in the wrong business.
